401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees participating in the company-sponsored 401(k) plan receive a 100% match of the first 5% of eligible compensation (after 1,000 hours worked and 12 consecutive months of service).
Profit Sharing Plan
A portion of the company’s annual profits is placed into a profit-sharing plan, and each regular full-time and regular part-time employee receives a share of that money. An employee’s share is based on length of service, not on salary or position.

Paid Time Off
The Company offers an open Personal Time Off (PTO) Plan applicable to all regular full-time and regular part-time employees. Employees are encouraged to take about five (5) weeks off each year.
Regular full-time and regular part-time employees are also eligible for the following paid holidays:

- Birth of Martin Luther King, Jr.
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day

Regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for up to five (5) days of paid bereavement leave upon a death in the employee’s immediate family. Up to two (2) days of paid bereavement leave is available upon the death of a family member one step removed that do not live in the employee’s household.
Regular full-time employees are eligible for up to one week of paid Jury Duty leave in a two-year period.
Intermittent Part-Time employees will earn 1 hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours
worked. The maximum PSL accrual balance will be 72 hours.

Employees may set aside pre-tax money in a flexible spending account to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses. Employees may set aside pre-tax money in a dependent care assistance plan to pay for dependent care expenses.

Maternity, Paternity, and Other FMLA Approved Leave
If a Regular Full-Time or Regular Part-Time employee needs time off that qualifies under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), they will be paid for the designated time off, up to twelve (12) weeks, through a combination of Short-Term Disability and PTO.
- The birth of the employee’s child
- The placement of a child with the employee for adoption or foster care
- To care for the employee’s spouse, child, or parent who has a serious health condition
- A serious health condition rendering the employee unable to perform his or her job
The company will continue to provide health benefits to an employee on FMLA leave under the same terms and conditions applicable to actively working employees.
Life Insurance
Life insurance is provided for regular full-time employees at one and one-half times annual salary (maximum $200,000) under a Group Life Insurance Policy.
Disability Insurance
Short-term and long-term disability insurance is provided for regular full-time employees at 60% of the employee’s monthly earnings.
Student Internship Program and Tuition Assistance
Part-time employees who are undergraduate students are paid an hourly wage and are eligible for tuition assistance for their undergraduate coursework, up to a maximum of $5000 per academic year.
Tuition Reimbursement
Regular full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement for work-related coursework. Tuition expenses to accredited post-secondary schools, colleges, and universities will be reimbursed, up to a maximum of $5000 per year.
Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for reimbursement for attendance at work-related seminars, workshops, and classes that expand an employee’s job knowledge.
Blood Donation
Employees may donate blood during working hours without taking Personal Time Off.
On-Site Defibrillator
Each building of the Erie, Pennsylvania, campus has a defibrillator. Employees may take advantage of periodic instruction on a defibrillator.
